1. Shipping Address

• Do not accept delivery if the package appears damaged or tampered with.

• If you notice any issues, kindly refuse the delivery and contact our support team immediately.

3. Failed Delivery
   If the recipient is unavailable during delivery, our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
   If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to us.
   In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping and handling charges.
